吃法國菜就一定貴得驚人？也不一定，位於中環的法國餐廳La Brasserie最近推出親民「Plat du Jour是日精選」餐單，負責設計今次餐單的行政總廚堅信美食可以拉近人與人之間的距離，希望餐廳能能成爲凝聚社群的地方，讓大家與親朋分享每個重要時刻。

品嘗法式料理是一種享受，除了環境氣氛外，食物的擺盤及用料也十分講究。法國餐廳 La Brasserie推出「Plat du Jour」（是日精選）餐單，食客可以HK$158的價格品嘗時令菜式，以及多款午餐套餐選擇。是日精選餐單菜式選擇包括烤 Entrecôte（肋眼牛排）或生牛肉他他，兩者均搭配香脆的Pommes Paille（幼薯條）和沙律。另外，常規午餐套餐有兩道菜（HK$328）或三道菜（HK$398）選擇。餐單選擇包括生牛肉薄片、松露溫泉蛋、香煎魔鬼魚翼、La Brasserie經典馬賽魚湯，以及油封鴨腿等菜餚。

The space is further divided into a casual bar area at the front and a main dining area at the rear. Diners can relish the flavours of Lobster Bisque, Sole Meunièr, Côte de Boeuf, and the signature seafood-sharing platter. But the ultimate must-try here is the in-house boucherie/charcuterie and rotisserie. The elegant and sleek decor definitely elevates the luxury dining experience.

La Brasserie餐廳位於香港中環，餐廳外觀以軍藍色為主調，配合黃銅壁牌、壁燈與藤椅等，格調猶如法式餐酒館。室内空間分為主餐區與酒吧區，主餐區以傳統人字紋木地板舖飾，配合暖灰色天花板、灰色牆紙、中性色調的活動百葉簾，以及軍藍色的牆身等，格調高雅。酒吧採用白色雲石飾面，吧枱古銅色，配合金漆階梯式的天花板等，格調沈穩內斂，環境舒適。

甫踏進位於一樓的 La Brasserie，客人就能感受到溫馨的氛圍，彰顯巴黎餐酒館永不過時的魅力，吸引途人回眸。玻璃大門旁的露台位置專為戶外用餐而設。餐廳外立面以法式經典軍藍色作主調，配上時尚的黃銅壁牌和精致的壁燈、藍白相間的藤椅。設計展現品味優雅格調，並向深受歡迎的法式咖啡館文化致敬。軍藍色的基調從室外無縫延伸至室內，營造和諧一致的美感。
